Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 04 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled within the allowed window, or for products received damaged (with proper proof within 48 hours of delivery).
Returns & Replacement
If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 48 hours with the issue. We will arrange for a replacement after inspection.
Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, other than damaged or defective condition.
